Cool bust drawing, you have a good handle on the coloring technique quite well on the skin. Its clear that you have a good eye on color but the problems lie in the anatomy of the neck and collarbone.

At the angle she has facing the collarbone should also be an an angle but instead it quite the opposite. Theres also the fact that the neck is too long. My best advice is to just sketch angles and learn how details like the collarbone and shoulders align themselves. It also helps to flip the drawing horizontally, it gives a different perspective.

Also what up with the hair lol, its good to practice that too kid. My favorite thing about it is the skin's coloration and lighting.
