I really like your use of colors, shading, lighting and the perspective! I liked the way you gave focus to your character by emphasizing it with vivid dark intense brush strokes and colors and made the background more faded!
And the first thing that grabbed my attention was the character's red/pinkish hand and secondly her eyes' color!
